At QualtiaLabs we value your trust. This notice describes what personal data we collect through QualtiaLabs.com, why we use it and how you can exercise your rights, in compliance with Mexico's Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (LFPDPPP).
1. Data controller

2. Personal data we collect
Through the “Start an exploration” form we collect: your name, email address, company (optional) and the description you yourself provide about your case or project.
For security and abuse-prevention purposes, we also record the browsing language, the submission date and an irreversible technical identifier (hash) derived from your IP address. Your IP address cannot be reconstructed from this identifier.
We do not collect sensitive personal data. Please do not include confidential or sensitive information in the description of your case.
3. Purposes of processing
Primary purposes: handling your exploration request, contacting you to follow up, and internally assessing the type of opportunity in order to route it appropriately.
Secondary purposes: producing internal, anonymous statistics about site usage to improve our services. These statistics cannot identify you.
4. Data transfers
Your data is shared only with ABC-TI, QualtiaLabs' sister company handling the ecosystem's business relationships, for the sole purpose of following up on your request.
We do not sell, rent or transfer your personal data to third parties outside the ABC-TI ecosystem, except when legally required by a competent authority.
5. Retention period
We keep the data from your request while it is being handled and for up to 24 months after the last interaction, after which it is securely deleted or anonymized.
6. Your rights (ARCO)
You have the right to Access, Rectify and Cancel your personal data, as well as to Object to its processing or withdraw any consent you have given us.
To exercise these rights, send your request through this site's contact form or through ABC-TI's channels ([ARCO CONTACT CHANNEL — TO BE CONFIRMED]). We will respond within the timeframes established by the LFPDPPP.
7. Cookies and tracking
QualtiaLabs.com does not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking. We only use the technical storage strictly necessary for the site to work, so no cookie consent banner is required.

Any change to this privacy notice will be published on this page, indicating the date of the last update.
